Don McNatty

President / CEO

Don McNatty has over 40 years of project management and controls experience as a consultant, contractor and project manager. Don’s field experience includes 20 years in project controls, and over a decade as Chief Estimator in heavy civil, highway and underground utility construction. Don first adapted computer technology to make construction business processes more efficient in 1980, and has since been a pioneer in the development and adaptation of computer technology to better manage projects. He became involved with Primavera software in 1986, and was the first Primavera Certified Trainer in the State of California, and has been involved in the implementation, deployment and support of Primavera and other project controls tools on major projects and programs.

Don is an AACE Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and a Fellow of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International. In June of 2015, Don was awarded the O.T. Zimmerman Founders Award by AACE in recognition of his exemplary service and contributions to the Association.

As President and Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for business strategy, leadership, and day to day management of the DRMcNatty & Associates management team.

Linda McNatty

Executive VP

Mary “Linda” McNatty served as President/CEO of DRMcNatty & Associates for over 25 years and recently retired from the position. She had managed finance and administration for a family-owned construction business as well as a construction technology company. Linda was instrumental in adding comprehensive hosting support services and expanding these capabilities internationally. Linda remains a close advisor to the management team where her 30+ years experience is a valuable asset to the company’s strategic vision.

Brian Criss

Executive VP

Brian Criss has over 18 years of field experience in construction management and project controls. He also has earned a PSP certification from AACE and is a Certified Primavera Trainer and P6 Implementation Specialist. As DRMcNatty’s Executive Vice President, Brian oversees the execution of software implementation projects and the firm’s professional services group along with DRMcNatty’s highly-skilled technical and integration development teams. He is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations and delivery of implementation and professional services, as well as the development and training of resources. He ensures that our client’s goals and objectives are achieved on time and on budget.

Brian has primary account responsibility for DRM’s major clients including LA Metro, PG&E, MinnDOT, Burns & McDonnell and other consultant firms. In addition to developing several unique cloud solutions for clients, Brian also supervises DRMcNatty’s staffing teams on various projects nationwide.

David Madding

Principal VP of Technology and CTO

Dave Madding has over 20 years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, and integrating complex IT solutions in environments ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small contractors. As the Principal VP of Technology, he designs and supervises over 100 different Primavera software deployments through a primary datacenter in Irvine, CA and supplementary datacenters in Australia, United Kingdom and Singapore.

Mr. Madding provides the technological and strategic vision for the services side of the company as well as spearheading all efforts in technical and managed services for clients. He provides training, direction, and supervision to IT staff as needed to meet technical services demand. He participates in and supervises Primavera implementations as well as custom web programming (i.e. SQL Scripting, Visual Basic programming) and product development efforts. He is responsible for the architecture and methodology behind DRMcNatty’s managed services/hosted solutions for Primavera products.

Regina Le

Director of Finance

Regina Le has 25-plus years of experience in corporate accounting, finance, human resources and project management. She passed her Uniform CPA Examination in 1996 and has since served in various positions including Accounting Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, Supervisor of Cost Accounting and Financial Planning and Controller for several firms within the AEC industry. Ms. Le is responsible for finance, accounting and human resources operations for DRMcNatty & Associates. She manages the compliance of various client required audits and reporting schedules, as well as monthly corporate reporting on P&L, sales forecasting, project closing, consultant utilization, job-costing and staff forecasting.

Rudy Ising

Director of Professional Services

Rudy Ising has over 23 years of operations management and project management experience in small firms, startup organizations and Fortune 20 corporations in the banking, construction, engineering and energy industries. He is a certified Oracle Primavera Contract Management Implementation Specialist and Certified Trainer. As Director of Services, Rudy manages the services performed by DRMcNatty consultants on both implementation and staffing assignments and supports maintaining standard business processes in the organization.

Rudy also performs primary account responsibility for major client projects. His background includes key successes in developing training programs, managing web-based communication and effective corporate level reporting and planning. His expertise extends from project management and estimating to assisting top management. In addition to Oracle Primavera certifications, he also has a Bachelor’s Degree from Pepperdine University.

Mark Atkinson

Director of Project Management

Mark has 30 plus years of diversified project management and project controls experience in the industrial engineering and construction arena. Three of those eighteen years were spent working on international programs/projects in Iraq and Central Asia. The following industries are included in his resume of projects; T&D, Nuclear Power and Nuclear Waste Storage, Commercial and Industrial Vertical Construction, Power/Energy, Environmental, U.S. Government, and Oil. His recent experience includes supporting NiSource as a Transmission Line Portfolio Manager and the Director of a 65-mile 765kV transmission line project for MISO. Within the last three years, Mark has set up and implemented four Program Management teams across the US responsible for managing over $5 billion in capital projects. Included in these programs are Tri-State Transmission and San Diego Gas & Electric transmission line programs as well as a Generation Program for AEP. These programs included the implementation of Construction and Project Control software and processes. Early in his career Mark was an employee of Southern California Edison and worked as a field superintendent building Cooling Towers, Geothermal Power Plants, and Transmission lines.

Mahesh Gupta

Director of Technology Services

Mr. Gupta has more than 15 years of experience in leading-edge software development, building software teams, designing systems solutions and managing projects. Mr. Gupta also has more than 15 years of experience in building customized database solutions. As a former Bay Area startup co-founder, he expanded the engineering department from 3 members to a team of more than 50 individuals prior to acquisition by Oracle. He also developed a multi-tenancy cloud-based enterprise class collaboration product for the construction industry that includes project management, business process management, and industry-specific modules including analytics. Additionally, he managed and directed global teams while working in the US, Europe, and India. He also established software development facilities in US and India.

Pam Powrie

Director of Client Relations

Ms. Powrie has more than 25 years of experience including accounting, construction contract administration, document control, and project administration and training. She has extensive hands-on experience with Primavera software, including Unifier, Contract Management and P6. She developed, organized and managed the training of new and existing employees for Primavera software. Ms. Powrie’s versatility and useful knowledge of Primavera products is an asset. Her background in practical applications of running and training software within a corporate environment gives her an inside viewpoint which will benefit clients in the design and application of their reports.
