PROJECT CONTROLS ANALYST

DRMcNatty & Associates, Inc. seeks qualified and motivated project controls professionals to fill the position of Project Controls Analyst. The Project Controls Analyst will be responsible for tracking and reporting for all aspects of the project including costs and schedule information. Candidates will have at least 3 years prior experience within the field of project controls and be skilled in working with diversified teams in a fast- paced environment. Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Excel (advanced) is required, Primavera P6 (proficient), and SAP (proficient) are preferred for the collection of information to be used for reporting and analysis.

  • Detail oriented with an eye for problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
  • Ability to think creatively and make quick and sound decisions.

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

DRMcNatty & Associates is seeking qualified Assistant Project Managers to join our growing team.  Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience in supporting construction projects and a background in civil construction or working with electrical utilities is a plus.  Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be willing to support Project Managers in the execution of various projects.  We are interested in individuals who are comfortable working with diversified teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Project management, project planning, scheduling, resource management, budgeting, as well as establishing and meeting critical project objectives.
  • Direct coordination with clients, subcontractors, and other external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter, capable of working independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop forecasts and projections for key project metrics.
  • Understanding of general construction means and methods.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
  • Ability to think creatively and make quick and sound decisions.
  • Collaborative and capable of working with a team to resolve problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Engineer PE licenses a plus
  • Must be available to work from Walnut Creek location.
