Technology Solutions Sales Representative

 

Southern California based, technology solutions company supporting clients nationwide is searching for a technology solutions sales representative to add to our team! The Technology Solutions Sales Rep will work directly with our Sales and Technology teams. They will be responsible for finding and developing new opportunities primarily in the Transportation and Utilities industries. Must be a seasoned “hunter” with hands on experience selling SaaS applications and cloud solutions. Requires a high level of technology understanding with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical solutions.

 

Required skills and qualifications

  • Have hands on experience in the infrastructure, construction or energy markets
  • High level of technology understanding including project management and analytics
  • Have the ability to clearly communicate technical solutions
  • Experience selling SaaS applications and cloud solutions
  • Experience finding and qualifying new opportunities
  • Initiate new, and further develop existing relationships
  • Get our versatile team of solution experts in front of new, qualified clients
  • Work with our solution team to create new marketing campaigns
  • Manage and grow existing accounts
  • Strong sense of organization and time management.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely and as part of a team.

 

Education and experience

  • S./B.A or equivalent. Major in Engineering, IT or Construction Management.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in technical sales with Information Technology software
  • Additionally, coursework in marketing, sales, management expected.
  • A plus is experience with sales of project management and/or project controls technologies

 

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base salary of $80K to $100k or higher depending on experience and capabilities
  • Upside with commissions and bonus of $150k tp $200k plus with no cap
