KKCS/TRIUNITY JV AND DRMcNATTY TO CONTINUE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES AT LA METRO
In 2010 in response to Measure R, Metro deployed a Program Management Information System (PMIS) to facilitate program-wide project tracking, administration and management reporting. Since 2010, DRMcNatty has provided ongoing support and managed services hosting for the entire Metro PMIS system, with hundreds of users on approximately 230 projects being managed. With the recent approval of Measure M, the Long Range Transportation Plan has increased the work scope significantly. As part of the new Program Management support contract with KKCS/Triunity JV, DRMcNatty has been chosen to continue support for Metro PMIS and its continued evolution as a key component of Metro’s management of this expanded construction program. This will provide many benefits to Metro, including positioning the PMIS for the significant increase in work volume, providing modern technologies including mobile applications and some consolidation of systems.
