Primavera P6 is the scheduling application of choice for construction projects both large and small. Contractor requirements for P6 schedules and owner-agencies review and approval of schedule information is a core function in the lifecycle of any project. In this presentation, we will discuss techniques to help in the review and evaluation of P6 schedules as submitted by contractors. The focus will be on how to maximize the capabilities of Primavera P6 and demonstrate methods to analyze schedules for items such as critical activities completed during the period, added activities, and many others.
