Don McNatty

President & Chief Executive Officer

With over 45 years of experience in construction and project management, Don McNatty brings a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and innovation to DRMcNatty & Associates. His career spans roles as a consultant, contractor, chief estimator, construction manager, and project manager – giving him deep insight into every phase of project delivery.

For more than 35 years, Don has specialized in designing and implementing automated project controls, estimating, and costing systems across a wide range of industries. He developed one of the first project administration software packages used on Los Angeles public works projects and has contributed to the design of nationally marketed software for cost estimating, scheduling, project management, and cost control.

A recognized technology pioneer, Don has led advancements in cloud-based and remote-access project management systems for over three decades. Today, he oversees a team of more than 50 professionals who are realizing his vision of “virtual project controls” – integrating people, process, and technology to deliver data-driven project solutions for billion-dollar capital programs.

Don is a Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and a Fellow of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) International. In recognition of his long-standing contributions, he received the prestigious O.T. Zimmerman Founders Award from AACE.

As President and CEO, Don leads DRMcNatty & Associates with a focus on strategic growth, innovation, and operational excellence – guiding the company’s mission to help clients succeed through smarter technology and superior project management solutions.

Board Member & Advisor

Mary “Linda” McNatty served as President and Chief Executive Officer of DRMcNatty & Associates for more than 25 years, leading the company through a period of exceptional growth and innovation. With a strong background in finance and administration for both a family-owned construction business and a construction technology company, Linda combined practical business insights with a passion for operational excellence.

During her tenure, Linda was instrumental in expanding DRMcNatty’s service offerings to include comprehensive hosting and support solutions – helping establish the company as a trusted technology partner for clients across the U.S. and internationally. Her leadership helped lay the foundation for the firm’s reputation for reliability, client service, and long-term relationships.

Now retired from her executive role, Linda continues to play an active part in the company’s future as a member of the Board of Directors and a trusted advisor to the management team. With more than 35 years of experience in construction and technology, she continues to provide valuable guidance to support DRMcNatty’s ongoing growth and strategic vision.

Mahesh Gupta brings over 30 years of experience in software development, systems design, and technology leadership to DRMcNatty & Associates. As Vice President of Technology Services, Mahesh oversees the company’s Managed Services hosting operations and leads the development of advanced technology solutions that support complex project management environments.

Throughout his career, Mahesh has built and led high-performing engineering teams, designed scalable enterprise systems, and managed global software initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience developing customized database solutions, he has consistently delivered technology that enhances performance, collaboration, and data integrity across organizations.

Before joining DRMcNatty, Mahesh served as Head of Development for a Bay Area startup, where he grew the engineering team from three members to more than fifty and led the creation of Skire Unifier, a groundbreaking project management platform later acquired by Oracle. He also designed a multi-tenant, cloud-based enterprise collaboration platform tailored for the construction industry – integrating project management, business process automation, analytics, and industry-specific modules.

Mahesh’s global experience spans the U.S., Europe, and India, where he has managed distributed development teams and established software facilities to support enterprise-scale solutions. Director of Finance & Administration

Regina Le brings 30 years of experience in corporate accounting, finance, human resources, and project management to DRMcNatty & Associates. As director of Finance & Administration, Regina oversees all aspects of the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and strategic alignment across the organization.

A seasoned financial professional, Regina passed the Uniform CPA Examination in 1996 and has since held key leadership roles including Accounting Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, Supervisor of Cost Accounting and Financial Planning, and Controller within firms across the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Her deep understanding of AEC financial practices provides a strong foundation for DRMcNatty’s business operations and client support.

Regina is responsible for managing corporate accounting, finance, and human resources, as well as overseeing client-driven audits, compliance reporting, and internal performance analysis. She directs monthly corporate reporting and forecasting activities, including profit and loss, sales projections, project closeout, consultant utilization, job costing, and staffing forecasts.

Her leadership ensures DRMcNatty’s financial integrity and operational efficiency – supporting the company’s continued growth and commitment to excellence.

Rudy Ising

Director of Professional Services

Rudy Ising brings more than 25 years of experience in operations management and project management across industries including banking, construction, engineering, and energy. His background spans organizations of all sizes – from startups to Fortune 20 corporations – giving him a broad perspective on business processes, technology implementation, and organizational success.

As Director of Professional Services, Rudy oversees the implementation and support of Oracle Primavera solutions, including P6, Unifier, and Aconex, ensuring that clients achieve consistent, standardized project management practices across their enterprises. He also provides primary account leadership for several major clients, managing engagements from initial planning through successful delivery.

Rudy is a Certified Oracle Primavera Implementation Specialist and Certified Trainer, with deep expertise in developing training programs, web-based communication strategies, and executive-level reporting tools. His hands-on experience ranges from estimating and project controls to executive planning and advisory support.

Daniel Beck brings over 20 years of experience in project controls and project management to his role as Director of Sales and Marketing at DRMcNatty & Associates.

His career began in the field, where he worked as a scheduler and project manager on New York State Department of Transportation projects, giving him a strong foundation in the practical challenges and requirements of large-scale infrastructure programs.

In his current leadership role, Dan oversees DRMcNatty’s Business Development team, driving strategic initiatives in sales, client relations, and marketing. He is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating long-term client partnerships, and implementing marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and support the company’s growth objectives.

Leveraging his technical expertise and industry knowledge, Dan bridges the gap between technology solutions and client needs. He is certified by Oracle as a Solution Engineer in Primavera P6 EPPM, Primavera Unifier, Oracle Primavera Cloud, and Oracle Aconex, enabling him to effectively position DRMcNatty’s technology offerings as comprehensive, integrated solutions for project success.
