Don McNatty

President / CEO

Mr. McNatty has 40 years of construction and project management experience as a consultant, contractor, chief estimator, construction manager and project manager. He also has 30 years of experience designing and implementing automated project control, estimating and costing systems in a wide variety of environments. He developed one of the first project administration software packages used on Los Angeles public works projects and has been instrumental in the design of nationally marketed software for cost estimating, scheduling, project management and cost control.

Mr. McNatty regularly lectures at local universities and industry associations on project control system automation, “best practice” processes for project controls and the impact of emerging technologies on how projects are managed. He is a Primavera Certified Trainer and Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist for P6 and Contract Management. He designs technology solution applications for project management business issues. His hands-on experience ranges from operating construction equipment and working as a field superintendent, to managing construction businesses, and designing and implementing integration technology solutions for billion dollar capital programs. He has pioneered the deployment of remote access/Web/Internet-based project management systems for the past 25 years in real project environments and currently leads a team of over 50 individuals executing the reality of his vision of “virtual project controls.”

Don is an AACE Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and a Fellow of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International. In June of 2015, Don was awarded the O.T. Zimmerman Founders Award by AACE in recognition of his exemplary service and contributions to the Association.

As President and Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for business strategy, leadership, and day to day management of the DRMcNatty & Associates management team.

Linda McNatty

Executive VP

Mary “Linda” McNatty served as President/CEO of DRMcNatty & Associates for over 25 years and recently retired from the position. She had managed finance and administration for a family-owned construction business as well as a construction technology company. Linda was instrumental in adding comprehensive hosting support services and expanding these capabilities internationally. Linda remains a close advisor to the management team where her 30+ years experience is a valuable asset to the company’s strategic vision.

Brian Criss

Executive VP

Mr. Criss has over 20 years of project controls experience and is a Certified Change Management Professional as well as a Certified Primavera P6 Implementation Specialist. Brian supervises DRMcNatty’s Professional Services Team and provides guidance and leadership in helping clients transform their project controls and business operations. As Executive Vice President, Brian is responsible for the strategic direction of DRMcNatty’s services offerings.  He leads our team of industry professionals in the areas of Project Controls, Business Process Development, Software Development, and Managed Services.  Mr. Criss has been an invited speaker at various industry events and is recognized for his leadership in helping advance project controls.

Brian has primary account responsibility for DRM’s major clients including LA Metro, PG&E, MinnDOT, Burns & McDonnell and other consultant firms. In addition to developing several unique cloud solutions for clients, Brian also supervises DRMcNatty’s staffing teams on various projects nationwide.

David Madding

CTO / VP of Innovation and Strategy

Dave Madding has over 25 years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, and integrating complex IT solutions in environments ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses. As the Principal VP of Technology, he has designed and supervised over 200 different enterprise software deployments.

Mr. Madding is responsible for the technological innovation and strategic vision for the services side of the company as well as spearheading all efforts in technology services delivery. He provides training, direction, and supervision to technology services staff as needed to meet technical services demand. He participates in and supervises client service engagements as well as in-house special research projects  and product and service development efforts.

Mahesh Gupta

VP of Technology

As VP of Technology Mahesh manages all of the hosting operations for DRMcNatty and spearheads the programming team that provides clients with cutting edge technology solutions. Mr. Gupta has 30+ years of experience in leading-edge software development, building software teams, designing systems solutions and managing projects. Mr. Gupta also has more than 15 years of experience in building customized database solutions. As a former Bay Area startup development head, he expanded the engineering department from 3 members to a team of more than 50 individuals prior to acquisition by Oracle. He also developed a multi-tenancy cloud-based enterprise class collaboration product for the construction industry that includes project management, business process management, and industry-specific modules including analytics. Additionally, he managed and directed global teams while working in the US, Europe, and India. He also established software development facilities in US and India.

Pam Powrie

VP of Professional Services

Ms. Powrie has more than 30 years experience including extensive knowledge regarding construction.  These skills include implementation of software that involve cost control, document control and scheduling as well as creating user guides and facilitating training.  Along with implementation expertise she has had previous construction knowledge that involves several areas of the construction processes and project controls.  She has managed accounting teams, contract administration departments, and been in the field as a project engineer.  These skills offer her greater insight and versatility when implementing systems for document control, cost control or understanding the overall picture.  Her practical knowledge gives her an inside viewpoint which will benefit clients in the design and implementation of project management tools.

Regina Le

Director of Finance

Regina Le has 25-plus years of experience in corporate accounting, finance, human resources and project management. She passed her Uniform CPA Examination in 1996 and has since served in various positions including Accounting Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, Supervisor of Cost Accounting and Financial Planning and Controller for several firms within the AEC industry. Ms. Le is responsible for finance, accounting and human resources operations for DRMcNatty & Associates. She manages the compliance of various client required audits and reporting schedules, as well as monthly corporate reporting on P&L, sales forecasting, project closing, consultant utilization, job-costing and staff forecasting.

Rudy Ising

Director of Professional Services

Rudy Ising has over 23 years of operations management and project management experience in small firms, startup organizations and Fortune 20 corporations in the banking, construction, engineering and energy industries. He is a certified Oracle Primavera Contract Management Implementation Specialist and Certified Trainer. As Director of Services, Rudy manages the services performed by DRMcNatty consultants on both implementation and staffing assignments and supports maintaining standard business processes in the organization.

Rudy also performs primary account responsibility for major client projects. His background includes key successes in developing training programs, managing web-based communication and effective corporate level reporting and planning. His expertise extends from project management and estimating to assisting top management. In addition to Oracle Primavera certifications, he also has a Bachelor’s Degree from Pepperdine University.

Dan Beck

Director of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Beck has 14 years’ experience working in project controls and project management. Prior to working in sales and business development, Dan’s experience was working as a scheduler and project manager on New York State DOT projects.  In Dan’s current position, he will lead efforts to develop and implement sales strategies, cultivate client’s relationships and execute marketing campaigns to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand visibility.

Mr. Beck has been certified by Oracle as a Solution Engineer in Primavera P6 EPPM, Primavera Unifier, Oracle Primavera Cloud and Oracle Aconex.
