Associate P6 Scheduler

San Diego, CA 

Please Note: Only candidates who currently reside in the area will be considered for these positions.

Qualified candidates will possess basic functional knowledge of Primavera P6 and have 1-3 years prior experience with principles of Planning and Scheduling including, but now limited to, resource planning, milestone tracking, and updating logic driven schedules in Primavera P6. Preferred candidates will have prior experience with cost loaded schedules and the ability to produce P6 reports and layouts for management review. Prior project experience within the field of infrastructure and utilities is preferred; however, all applicants with prior experience with Primavera P6 in other construction fields are encouraged to reply. Primavera P6 training is available for qualified applicants who demonstrate excellent potential and desire to accept new challenges.

This candidate would be a self starter, task focused, and capable of working in team environment. He/she can demonstrate the ability to perform schedule updates in accurate and timely manner. They would posses excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal as well as the ability to think creatively and make quick and sound decisions. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.

Project Controls Analyst

Concord, CA

The Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for tracking and reporting for all aspects of the project including costs and schedule information. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years prior experience within the field of project controls and be skilled in working with diversified teams in a fast paced environment. Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Excel (advanced) is required and SAP (proficient) is preferred for the collection of information to be used for reporting and analysis.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Self-starter, capable of working independently.
  • Detail oriented with an eye for problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
  • Ability to think creatively and make quick and sound decisions.
  • Collaborative and capable of providing leadership and mentoring to other team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
