P6 Scheduler

San Diego, CA 

Please Note: Only candidates who currently reside in the area will be considered for these positions.

DRMcNatty & Associates seeks a qualified candidate who possess excellent functional knowledge of Primavera P6 and have 3-10 years prior experience with all aspects of Planning and Scheduling including, but not limited to, resource planning, milestone tracking, and updating logic driven schedules in Primavera P6. Outstanding candidates will be comfortable working in a fast paced, team oriented environment with an emphasis in leading the planning efforts for client projects. Prior project experience within the field of gas infrastructure and utilities is preferred; however, all applicants with prior experience with Primavera P6 in other construction fields are encouraged to reply.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Motivated and task oriented individual who performs well in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform schedule updates in accurate and timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
  • Critical Path review and analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

This is a full-time, onsite position which requires candidates to reside in San Diego.

Project Controls Analyst

Concord, CA

The Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for tracking and reporting for all aspects of the project including costs and schedule information. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years prior experience within the field of project controls and be skilled in working with diversified teams in a fast paced environment. Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Excel (advanced) is required and SAP (proficient) is preferred for the collection of information to be used for reporting and analysis.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Self-starter, capable of working independently.
  • Detail oriented with an eye for problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
  • Ability to think creatively and make quick and sound decisions.
  • Collaborative and capable of providing leadership and mentoring to other team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
