Don McNatty has over 40 years of project management and controls experience as a consultant, contractor and project manager. Don’s field experience includes 20 years in project controls, and over a decade as Chief Estimator in heavy civil, highway and underground utility construction. Don first adapted computer technology to make construction business processes more efficient in 1980, and has since been a pioneer in the development and adaptation of computer technology to better manage projects. He became involved with Primavera software in 1986, and was the first Primavera Certified Trainer in the State of California, and has been involved in the implementation, deployment and support of Primavera and other project controls tools on major projects and programs.
Don is an AACE Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and a Fellow of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International. In June of 2015, Don was awarded the O.T. Zimmerman Founders Award by AACE in recognition of his exemplary service and contributions to the Association.
As President and Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for business strategy, leadership, and day to day management of the DRMcNatty & Associates management team.
Mary “Linda” McNatty served as President/CEO of DRMcNatty & Associates for over 25 years and recently retired from the position. She had managed finance and administration for a family-owned construction business as well as a construction technology company. Linda was instrumental in adding comprehensive hosting support services and expanding these capabilities internationally. Linda remains a close advisor to the management team where her 30+ years experience is a valuable asset to the company’s strategic vision.
Brian Criss has over 18 years of field experience in construction management and project controls. He also has earned a PSP certification from AACE and is a Certified Primavera Trainer and P6 Implementation Specialist. As DRMcNatty’s Executive Vice President, Brian oversees the execution of software implementation projects and the firm’s professional services group along with DRMcNatty’s highly-skilled technical and integration development teams. He is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations and delivery of implementation and professional services, as well as the development and training of resources. He ensures that our client’s goals and objectives are achieved on time and on budget.
Brian has primary account responsibility for DRM’s major clients including LA Metro, PG&E, MinnDOT, Burns & McDonnell and other consultant firms. In addition to developing several unique cloud solutions for clients, Brian also supervises DRMcNatty’s staffing teams on various projects nationwide.
Dave Madding has over 15 years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, and integrating complex IT solutions. From supporting a global VPN and its users to several Fortune 500 companies, he combines the various aspects of desktop support, networking, programming, database administration, budget planning and technical team mentoring and management. Dave manages the day-to-day operations of our hosting services, which provide hosted environments for 5,000+ users worldwide. This part of our business was formed to provide clients with alternatives for cloud deployments of their project management and control tools.
Mr. Madding provides the technological expertise to execute the company’s expertise and vision. He has spearheaded all efforts in managed services and custom cloud application development for clients while managing the U.S. – based technical team supporting international hosting environments from data centers worldwide.
Regina Le has 20-plus years of experience in corporate accounting, finance, human resources and project management. She passed her Uniform CPA Examination in 1996 and has since served in various positions including Accounting Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, Supervisor of Cost Accounting and Financial Planning and Controller for several firms within the AEC industry. Ms. Le is responsible for finance, accounting and human resources operations for DRMcNatty & Associates. She manages the compliance of various client required audits and reporting schedules, as well as monthly corporate reporting on P&L, sales forecasting, project closing, consultant utilization, job-costing and staff forecasting.
Rudy Ising has over 23 years of operations management and project management experience in small firms, startup organizations and Fortune 20 corporations in the banking, construction, engineering and energy industries. He is a certified Oracle Primavera Contract Management Implementation Specialist and Certified Trainer. As Director of Services, Rudy manages the services performed by DRMcNatty consultants on both implementation and staffing assignments and supports maintaining standard business processes in the organization.
Rudy also performs primary account responsibility for major client projects. His background includes key successes in developing training programs, managing web-based communication and effective corporate level reporting and planning. His expertise extends from project management and estimating to assisting top management. In addition to Oracle Primavera certifications, he also has a Bachelor’s Degree from Pepperdine University.
Pam Powrie – has over 20 years of business experience including business accounting, construction contract administration, document control, and project administration and training. She has extensive hands-on experience with Primavera software, including Contract Management, Unifier and P6. She has supported the implementation of P6 in a variety of private and public environments. She developed, organized and managed training of new and existing employees for Primavera software.
