Helping LA Get Moving with Measure R Implementation
Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA Metro) selected DRMcNatty & Associates Inc for implementation of Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) and Oracle Primavera Contract Management. LA Metro also utilized DRMcNatty’s class-leading hosting services for optimal function of its Oracle Primavera software.
LA Metro needed an efficient way to manage Measure R, a $40 Billion Transportation and Infrastructure Program. Measure R is the largest transportation program in history, providing traffic relief and transportation upgrades across 88 cities in Los Angeles County. The program includes repair, construction, and expansion of new light and commuter rails, carpool lanes, highways, and local street repairs.
LA Metro recognized that they needed Primavera consultants to ensure success of the Measure R Program. It was critical that the parties involved could collaborate with a myriad of information in an efficient way.
